About Amber Brinson
I’m Amber! Thanks for being here. I am a mother of 6. I’m a wife of 23 years. I homeschool my 2 youngest girls. I love to play pickleball, racquetball, exercise, meditate, do Ice baths, and exercise, and most of all spend time making memories with my family.
I provide Christ Centered Coaching services with a focus on questioning our own thoughts and intentionally choosing to sow the thoughts that will lead to the results of our lives.
I discovered that all my pain and suffering was self-created. I lived in fear, self-doubt, and isolation, that transformed into a life of peace, joy, and hope. What shocked me most was this: nothing in my circumstances changed—only my thoughts.
As my inner world shifted, so did my outer world. People were drawn to me, opportunities appeared effortlessly, and interactions I once feared became exciting and meaningful. I didn’t fully understand it at first, but over time, I’ve learned how to explain and teach this transformation—a path to unshakable peace, even in the face of life’s challenges.
The energy I bring to my life is contagious, creating transformation not only in me but also in my husband, children, friends, and the lives of those I am honored to coach.
In 2022, I had a break through. My inner world changed dramatically and as a result so did my outer world. I discovered for myself they go hand in hand. I had never planned on the following events that proceeded the coming months and years. I signed up to get coach certified with Aselin Maloney, I participated in a 10 day health course with Barbara O’Neil, a 7 day Meditation retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza, a Christ Centered Coaching certification with Dennis Deaton. I then attended a 10 day sacred silence meditation retreat with Dhamma Mahavana. I did not search these events out. Each one of them have come to me.
Over the course of the last two years I have loved learning from countless resource. I have spent hours upon hours learning and expanding my own thinking. In this learning and as I have entered into the coaching world I have been pulled to a particular direction as I have realized that well intentioned and not so well intentioned coaches have led many away from their faith and love in God and his teachings. In their desires to help people find peace they have removed Christ as the foundation of their coaching and as a result many are choosing to walk away from their faith and commitments in order to be “happy.”
In my coaching sessions I have found a way to honor my clients agency and stay founded in Christ. As a result my clients are staying true to their faith, covenants, and commitments. I had a client that was meeting with another coach weekly. This client was having an affair and trying to decide what she should do. She started meeting with me and her other coach for a time. But eventually told her other coach that she was going to take a break because she was feeling confused. She continued to meet with me. In our most recent conversation she told me that her other coach was leading her away from God and her commitment to her husband and family. She said that my coaching has helped her navigate her life with hope even though it feels so hard. (I know that their are times when leaving a marriage is the right thing but never by breaking your covenants through unfaithfulness).
My desire is to help people find a path that will keep them anchored in Christ and his teachings and find true and lasting peace and freedom. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. – John 8:32
